About ARSGO

A creative home where everyone gets a seat at the table.

We use drama and creative work to build confidence and create genuine pathways into film and television.

Our Mission

Acting is for everyone.

ARSGO uses drama and creative work to build confidence and support personal growth for everyone. Not every course is about pursuing acting professionally, drama is a genuine tool for self-expression, confidence building, and personal development.

For those who want to go further, we provide professional development, industry connections and genuine routes into film and television work, closing the access gap for people from underrepresented and lower-income backgrounds.

Everything we do is designed by people who work in the industry, for people building their creative confidence or trying to break in.

What We Do

Three programmes. One creative home.

01

Artist Development Lab

Our flagship programme for emerging screen performers

A multi-month intensive programme for those ready to take their craft and career further. Participants receive professional development through CPD workshops, professional showreel filming, one-to-one industry mentoring, and culminate in a public showcase in front of casting directors and industry contacts.

Led by practitioners with years of experience in film and television.
