Since May 2024, ARSGO has opened its doors to over 316 young creatives, giving talented performers the opportunity, guidance, and access they need to take their next steps.
We started ARSGO because too many talented people are overlooked, not because they lack ability, but because they lack access to the right opportunities, networks, and support.
Through our workshops, mentoring, and industry guidance, we've seen confidence grow, communities form, and real pathways into Film and Television begin to open.
This is what community-focused talent development looks like. And we're only getting started.

Our Commitment to Access
ARSGO exists because talent is not the barrier to entering Film and Television; access is.
Founded by a working actor who built a career without the industry connections or financial support many people assume you need, ARSGO was created to help close that gap.
We believe training and industry opportunities should not depend on who you know or what you can afford.
Since May 2024, we have delivered 10 workshops to over 316 participants across London and Birmingham, receiving an average 4.0-star rating from attendees. Our Film and TV Extra workshop alone received 166 registrations.
